Inside your pack, you will find:
A small, sealable container (specifically designed to hold ashes or hair securely).
Clear instructions on the exact amount needed (usually just a small spoon/teaspoon amount).
A return envelope with clear labelling.
Step 2: How to Post Your Kit Safely
When sending your pack back to us, we always recommend taking a few simple steps to ensure it arrives safely:
Double-Seal: Ensure the inner bag or container is fully sealed before placing it inside the protective envelope.
Keep Any Remaining Ashes Safe: We only ever ask for a tiny amount. Always keep the rest in a safe place at home.
